Founded in 2016 by Emilie Legoff, former CEO of a large french staffing group, TROOPS is a an all-in-one SaaS platform for temporary staffing groups covering the whole phygital process from candidate identification to invoices sending and KPIs monitoring.

The company is based in Lyon but all our 55 employees are working remotely. We got a Series A of 8.4M€. Now our ambition is to grow worldwide first with the European market, then the US market and to stabilize our position in the French market.

Agencies can collect and follow many candidates, handle the offers of their clients, and have reporting to follow their KPIs on a daily basis.

Requirements:

● Excellent understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript OOP, and basic programming principles. 

● 4-5+ years of experience using Angular 2+ and higher in large scale/enterprise applications 

● Experience in project optimization / bottle-necks analyzes 

● Experience with micro-frontend concept, design system libraries, Storybook
● Familiar with WebSockets and real-time client-server interactions
● Experience with testing (CI \ CD, Unit Testing, Linting, code coverage) and understanding why you need it. 

● Experience and understanding of Angular components, services, MVC Design pattern, and IOC

● Experience with NX and mono-repository approach ● Good written and spoken English

● Experience with OpeanAPI specifications

Will be a plus:

● Experience with Cypress testing

● A clear understanding of when and how to use Unit testing

● Advance docker experience / basic Kubernetes usage

Duties: 

● Play a key role as a team leader and manage international frontend team

● Analyzing weak points, create a plan for the refactorings with the ability to present main objectives for such planned implementation 

● Perform technical evaluations of user interface layouts to ensure that they can be implemented within a reasonable time frame.

● Features planning and delivery on time. 

● Work with colleagues to develop and launch new applications and update existing applications; 

● Be proactive in communication with team members and the client;

● Maintain and improve project's standards and conventions
